The Streets Are Talkin'

The Streets Are Talkin' is the start of a new form of storytelling for Andrea Ellen Reed.  In this series, she combines still photographs with the audible stories of her subjects.

This first set of images are the result of Andrea posing the simple question- Why are you here? to protestors of the 4th Precinct Shut Down in North East Minneapolis in November of 2015.  Using audio recordings, Andrea Ellen Reed has created soundscapes to further illustrate the rich narratives of her subjects' lives.
